摘要:
湖北十堰某污水处置厂对污泥处置系统进行手艺革新,采取机器浓缩/调度改性/高压压滤工艺对污泥进行深度脱水处置。深度脱水后污泥含水率由99.5%降至60%以下,知足《城镇污水处置厂污泥措置 夹杂填埋用泥质》(GB/T 23485—2009)的要求,有用处理了其污泥处置系统脱水机能较差的问题。
Abstract:
The technological transformation of sludge treatment system in a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Shiyan, Hubei Province was introduced. A combined process of mechanical thickening, sludge conditioning and modification, and high-pressure filter was used and the water content of sludge was decreased from 99.5% to below 60% after deep dewatering, which met the requirements of Disposal of Sludge from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant-Quality of Sludge for Co landfilling (GB/T 23485-2009). The problem of poor dewatering performance in the sludge treatment system was effectively solved.
